A nice refreshing side dish of sliced radish, dill, and onion.

A very simple dish really.  Combine in a bowl, thinly sliced radishes, cucumbers, and white onions.  For the dressing, mix 2 TBSP Fresh lemon Juice, a handful of fresh dill, 2 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar and toss the the sliced vegetables.  Season with salt and pepper.
